“We can’t thank Shonni enough for everything she did for us on our wedding day! She was so sweet and absolutely incredible. You can tell how much she loves her job and it shows through how much she cared about us and our day. We didn’t feel one moment of stress because she handled everything and anything we could have thought of to make the day run so smooth. Not to mention the fact that she took 466 photos and videos for us to go through!? Absolutely amazing. Me and my bridesmaids were all texting after the wedding saying we didn’t have pictures or videos because none of us had our phones all night because we were having SO much fun. We had a photographer but we didn’t have a videographer so it’s really special to still have some moments to watch from our night. She was there from the moment we stepped on the property, bringing us snacks, handing out glow sticks at the reception, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and going above and beyond with everything else. Shonni and Lauren went above and beyond in every way. There were so many things happening behind the scenes that I didn’t even realize they were handling, which allowed me to truly be present and enjoy my wedding day. They were incredibly flexible, always willing to meet with us leading up to the wedding, and made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful.

Our wedding had a lot of moving parts, including transportation logistics and multiple venue locations, and they handled everything seamlessly. They put out fires on the wedding day without hesitation, solving problems before they ever reached me. At the end of the night, all of my belongings were organized and packed up so thoughtfully, which was such a huge help after a long day.

It was also clear that other vendors genuinely enjoyed working with them, which says a lot. Shonni and Lauren were professional, calm, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a bride who took on designing almost every detail of my wedding, it was hard to imagine how everything would come together on the day of. Shonni and Lauren didn’t just set up our wedding, they brought a dream to life.

They were professional, communicative, and fun, truly everything you could want in a team. They are experts and truly want you to shine as a couple. Even with a primarily Spanish speaking family, everyone understood and were wowed by such a beautiful place and set-up. Shonni answered my questions and messages even when she didn’t have to, easing my worries every step of the way. And if anything went wrong, I honestly couldn’t tell you what it was and that’s how you know they are perfect to work with.

Shonni and her team exceeded our expectations! I booked Shonni for day of coordination and not only did they deliver exactly what we hoped for from set up/break down to keeping our timeline on track but she even took behind the scene photos and videos for me through the entire day. Our venue only allowed a certain amount of time to set up before the ceremony and Shonni and her team were able to set up everything before the ceremony even began, keep in mind we had around 30 tables for 300 guests plus the extra decor for ceremony, cocktail hour, bar, and welcome tables! It couldn’t have been done without her! Thank you Shonni! Our wedding day was amazing and unforgettable and couldn’t have been so without you!

I was late to the Wedding Coordinator game, quickly realizing I needed help at the 11th hour. From the first phone call Alysia put me at ease! She jumped right in and helped bring everything together. She was calm, cool and collected the whole time even with all these details I was throwing at her, literally one month out from my wedding. There was no doubt she was there for me and on my side and there to make it happen exactly how I dreamt it would. I couldn’t recommend this team enough, we are incredibly grateful for them.

Lauren was absolutely incredible on my wedding day.
